The Giovanni-Sacchi Hair Salon was founded on June 15, 2001. Giovanni Campanaro has worked 25 years in the hair business. His experience is mostly in New York City but he has also worked in Palm Beach, Florida at the prestigious Colony Hotel and in Beverly Hills, California for Jose Eber the famous hairdresser to the stars. Giovanni specializes in highlights and colour and also does cuts, styles, perms and chemical relaxers. On top of that, he is quite an entertaining fellow having once been an aspiring actor with his long braided hair.

Sachiko Nishioka, his wife of five years, has been a hairstylist for over 10 years. She is from Tokyo, Japan and has worked in New York for over six years. She specializes in the Japanese straight perm, a system of straightening the hair without damage, which is the rage now all over the world. Sacchi also colours, cuts, styles, perms and performs the Japanese custom of Shiatsu massage to relax the client before or after salon services. (Sacchi is Sachikos nickname if anyone wonders).
